The ArchiGreen® PS-B 3 and PS-B 5 are black cross-shaped paving spacers with a leg thickness of 3 mm and 5 mm, respectively and are made of recycled polystyrene (PS).
One leg, hereinafter the break-off leg, can be easily snapped off owing to the two narrow cuttings incised into both of its sides along its binding junction, known as the weakened junction, with the rest of the spacer.
A rectangular open-ended slot, hereinafter the fusion slot, is present in the break-off leg. Viewed from top, the finish of the paving spacer is beautifully arched.
Once the break-off leg is broken off, a T-shaped paving spacer is available at your disposal. To ensure maximum efficiency, the snapped-off legs can be slotted into one another at the fusion slot. This results in new cross-shaped spacers.
Made from recycled plastic and combined with the smart re-use of the snapped-off bits, these eco-friendly products deliver sustainability at its best. The ArchiGreen® PS-B 3 and PS-B 5 are specifically designed to make laying paving slabs and building a patio or roof terrace easy, providing consistent joints of 3mm and 5mm respectively. Their application is particularly advised on roof terraces where paving slabs must be loose laid for proper drainage purposes.
