The ArchiGreen^® DC-F drainage channel range comprises the following four different channels for green roof applications:
DC-F GS 50 and DC-F GS 70 are made of galvanised steel and are 50 and 70 mm in height, respectively; and DC-F SS 50 and DC-F SS 70 are made of stainless steel and are 50 and 70 mm in height, respectively. The DC-F drainage channels comprise two elements:

1. The base, an elongated rectangular casing with an open underside, is made of UV-resistant polypropylene (PP). The walls of the casing and the expanded load distribution footprints are screwed together using stainless steel screws (Grade A 2) and are recessed in accordance with DIN 7505. A wide drainage passage is present between the four equidistant footprints located along the base to prevent the build-up of excess water.

2. The removable grating, mesh size 44x11 mm is made of galvanised steel in the case of DC-F GS 50 and DC-F GS 70 and of stainless steel in the case of DC-F SS 50 and DC-F SS 70. The banding / edging bars of the grating is a U-shaped section. The grating is recessed into the base. The mesh pattern of the grating prevents slipping hazards.

The ArchiGreen^® DC-F drainage channel range is installed on green roofs along the base of exterior wall junctions or in front of deep-set windows or terrace doors in which case these drainage channels are suitable in reducing the required upstand height. The DC-F range can be walked upon (Load class: A 15).
